Refund policy

Even though our products are made to order and we don't legally have to offer returns, we want you to be super happy with your purchase and will honour a refund or exchange on your unused items within 14 days of your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that you must notify us of your intention to return you item prior to sending and must await confirmation before returning. It orders are returned without authorisation a refund will not be granted.  Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible if your parcel doesn't arrive with us.
